Empowering Educators
Through Robotics and Coding

On 10 and 11 March 2025, we hosted the Robotics and Coding Appreciation Workshop at MYMCA, introducing educators to VEX robotics platforms - VEX 123, VEX GO, VEX IQ, and VEX EXP.

Led by our expert trainers - Mr Ong Keng Hock, Ms Joanne Tan, Mr Ng Seo Pueh, and Mr Jovan Chua - participants explored Project D.R.I.V.E., engaging in hands-on activities that foster critical thinking, problem-solving, and collaboration.

Through interactive challenges, attendees gained confidence in using robotics to inspire creativity and equip learners with essential 21st-century skills.

IMDA Digital for Life - Project SPaRK

We have spearheaded a Design for Life (DfL) Project called Project SPaRK – a transformative STEM Coding Robotics bootcamp that has benefitted over 1,000 students from low-income families. Approved by IMDA, this initiative seeks to bridge the digital divide by providing participants with access to STEM Coding and Robotics education. Through engaging, hands-on activities, Project SPaRK fosters computational thinking, coding proficiency, and a deeper understanding of emerging technologies. By equipping students with these critical 21st-century skills, the programme not only inspires a passion for technology but also empowers participants to explore future-ready opportunities in a rapidly evolving digital landscape.

My Digital Bootcamp

We are the appointed vendor for the 2024 My Digital Bootcamp Season 4 (MDBS4), a flagship programme organised by the Central Singapore Community Development Council (CSCDC) and sponsored by UOB. This hands-on, experiential camp equips 1,700 children with digital-making skills, computational thinking, and coding capabilities. By immersing participants in a practical learning environment, the bootcamp empowers them to navigate and thrive in the evolving digital landscape. The bootcamp’s launch was at Townsville Primary School on 5 September 2024, graced by the GOH – Mrs Josephine Teo (Minister for Digital Development and Information and Minister-in-charge of Smart Nation and Cybersecurity).
